How do you help find a qualified tenant?

We combine marketing and showings with documented application screening. Criteria are applied consistently and in accordance with applicable fair-housing and screening requirements. Screening helps assess an application; it cannot guarantee future tenant performance.

Will you handle the whole leasing process?

We coordinate the tenant-placement process from preparation through marketing, application review, lease paperwork and move-in, as agreed in your service arrangement.

Do you also provide ongoing property management?
